CSS Reboot 2007:I Did It!

I Did It!So today is the big day. The Spring 2007 CSS Reboot. I was very happy to participate. And, even though I didn’t get through my to-do list in time, I still consider it a personal success. I learned a lot of things during this experience, one of the most important being that if you just had your second child, a reboot is more difficult than you thought it could be. But hey, it was fun and I had a good time. Please go vote for my site, it’s easy. You just click “Vote” next to my site. Click here to vote now.

What is CSS Reboot 2007?

Glad you asked! Well, I think the best way to explain is to simple quote the CSS reboot site directly.

“The CSS Reboot is a community event for web professionals and enthusiasts. Every November 1st and May 1st at 18:00 GMT, Rebooters from all over the world launch their standards based website redesigns simultaneously; bringing traffic, interest and a little respect to their sites. There are no prizes or arbitrary winners, just great exposure and the knowledge that we all participated in something great.”

So there you go. It mostly gives us developers a nice feeling because we participated in something important to us.
